Elinor Silverstein RSME, GCFP
Elinor Silverstein is a guild-certified Feldenkrais® practitioner who has been practicing for over 35 years. She studied directly under the tutelage of her cousin, Dr Moshe Feldenkrais. Moshe introduced her to Tellington-TTOUCH® creator, Linda Tellington-Jones. They have continued to teach together for many years. Elinor teaches a blend of both methods with a specific interest in her work with the Vagus Nerve System. She is passionate about helping people create health and wellbeing with simple easy ways of using touch and movement.
