What is a case report? A case report is a story that tells what happens when one client and one practitioner work together to achieve some specific goals. Case reports are the base of the research pyramid, and they are, by definition, written by practitioners in the field-- that's you.
Case reports allow practitioners to share their wisdom with each other, and they allow other health care providers to learn what happens in this kind of interaction.
