Our practices incorporate: postural and movement evaluation; experiential anatomy; and movement patterning that increases efficiency, while refining perceptual, kinesthetic and proprioceptive sensitivity. Donna Brooks presented a Somatic and Fascia Movement approach to exercising for Parkinson’s Disease at Dartmouth Hitchcock’s Keene NH Parkinson’s Conference. Participants enjoyed an educational and experiential foray into consciously embodied 3D movements to unwind tension, hesitations, imbalances and help with smooth movement.
