I lost my son July 2020. A big part of my acceptance of this and maintaining love of life have been my years of embodiment practices. I would be interested in learning and hearing form others who meet grief with embodiment. Donna Brooks, MSMT (originalbodywisdom.com)

Hi Donna, I would love to join in this conversation. As you may know, both my wife, son and cousin (Like my sister) went through their own journeys through cancer. Unfortunately we lost my cousin. Even though my wife and son eventually after many years are now considered long term survivors there have been substantial affects to the entire family as well as to myself. The somatic embodiment practices I practice play a large role in my moving forward and not getting frozen or lost in the grief or anguish that can easily appear from time to time. Happy to see who else would like to join in the conversation. Love your way, Rich
